The latest release in our Food Series — a growing collection celebrating iconic dishes, flavours, and small rituals found around Singapore's hawker culture. This edition pays tribute to the classic kopitiam breakfast: crisp, golden toast sandwiching sweet coconut kaya and a thick slab of cold butter, served with soft-boiled eggs, a dash of soy sauce and white pepper, and a strong cup of kopi. It's the quiet morning ritual that has started countless Singaporean days — best enjoyed slowly, at a marble table, with the newspaper close by. Illustrated with fine engraved line work and nostalgic details like the rooster kopi cup and a 早安你好 ("good morning") stamp, the postcard is printed in layered kaya yellow, olive green and coffee brown for a warm, textured finish. Designed and printed in-house by The Gentlemen's Press as part of an ongoing collectible postcard series documenting familiar local favourites.
