The next release in our Food Series — a growing collection celebrating iconic dishes, flavours, and small rituals found around Singapore's hawker culture. This edition celebrates chilli crab: whole mud crab tossed in a sweet, savoury, gently spicy tomato-chilli gravy, ribboned with egg and served with golden fried mantou for mopping up every last drop. It's a dish meant for sharing — sleeves rolled up, napkins piling up, and nobody leaving a single drop of sauce behind. Drawn with fine engraved line work and playful retro script, the postcard is printed in layered chilli orange, coral and herb green, finished with warm gold foil on the sauce, steam and chillies for a rich, tactile shine. Designed and printed in-house by The Gentlemen's Press as part of an ongoing collectible postcard series documenting familiar local favourites.
