Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

A one-time exchange (based on availability)

A store credit (valid for 6 months)

A refund (only for damaged or incorrect items)

If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel.
Shipping Responsibility

We are not liable for international courier delays, customs charges, or lost parcels.

Customised, personalised, or discounted items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.

How to Start a Return

Wait for our return confirmation before shipping anything back.

Pack the item carefully and return it via tracked mail.
